Core Responsibilities
- Support deployments and pilot projects at customer sites, including traveling to assist with various challenges.
- Act as first responders to issues, taking initial steps to resolve problems even outside your expertise and escalating only after exhausting all options.
- Craft and implement processes to reduce friction, streamline workflows, and enable team members to focus on their core strengths.
- Track and stabilize projects, remove roadblocks, anticipate customer needs, and maintain accurate records and key project metrics.
- Think creatively, work collaboratively, embrace the best ideas, and go above and beyond to get the job done.
