Responsibilities
- Engineer the mechanical side of data center robotics: end effectors, docking, and interfaces between robots and plant.
- Design the physical integration: how robots handle, mate with, and service equipment designed for humans.
- Prototype fast and test hard: concepts to instrumented trials in weeks.
- Productionize what works: DFM, reliability, and spares for hardware that runs unattended.
- Take hardware from prototype through reliability testing.
- Design interfaces and tolerances that survive the real world.
- Test to failure on purpose and instrument everything.
- Work in fast loops with controls and software.
