About the role
Responsibilities
Own and grow enterprise accounts (100K+ acres of serviceable market).
Lead high-value sales cycles from discovery, demo, all the way through signature.
Build trusted relationships with farm executives, GMs, farm managers, and tech leads.
Identify high-ROI pilot opportunities and guide customers through them.
Work closely with our Field Operations, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and deployments for new customers.
Represent Orchard Robotics at industry events, trade shows, and in-field demos.
Play an integral role in shaping our pricing strategy, expansion plans, and market positioning as we rapidly grow our company.
Requirements
MUST have prior agriculture or ag-tech sales experience (ideally 5-8+ years)
Proven success closing six-figure contracts with enterprise buyers.
Deep understanding of the agricultural sales cycle and how farms make decisions.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable operating independently and building a book of business from scratch.
Willing to travel approximately 25% of the time (all travel paid for by company).
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive to farms and demo sites as needed.
