Responsibilities
Build and maintain a live view of the CRO's strategic customer relationships, working with GTM to ensure external time is intentional and sequenced across key users and partners.
Track open commitments, follow-through, and plan high-impact moments such as dinners, roundtables, conferences, flagpole events, and executive visits with sufficient planning horizon.
Own the end-to-end executive briefing process for the CRO's strategic user and partner meetings, synthesizing account context, competitive dynamics, relationship history, and objectives into high-quality briefings.
Build programs that make executive engagement a repeatable GTM motion, including executive sponsorship frameworks, criteria for deploying senior leaders in deals, and event/cadence programming for C-suite moments at scale.
For critical user relationships, maintain a multi-threaded view of Stripe executive team connections, mapping relationships, tracking interaction cadence and recency, and surfacing coverage gaps.
Translate programs and standards into scalable frameworks and playbooks for broader GTM leadership, setting the bar for consistent executive engagement across the organization.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years of experience in sales, executive engagement, strategic customer programs, chief of staff, management consulting, or closely related discipline, with demonstrated proximity to C-suite executives in a support, advisory, or program role.
Exceptional written communication with executive voice, precision, and economy; briefing materials and documents require no second pass.
Strong program design and execution track record, including building engagement programs, frameworks, or operating cadences from scratch, driving adoption, and measuring results.
Deep cross-functional credibility to earn trust with senior stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and align people without positional authority.
Experience being in the room preparing senior executives for high-stakes customer meetings as an active contributor.
High executive presence to represent the Office of the CRO internally and externally.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a chief of staff, executive advisory, or strategic programs role supporting a CRO, CEO, or equivalent C-suite executive at a high-growth technology company.
Experience designing and running executive customer programs such as executive engagement programs, advisory councils, C-suite roundtables, or strategic account engagement frameworks.
Track record working with enterprise accounts at the executive level, understanding C-suite buyer motivations, relationship development, and strategic fit.
Familiarity with Stripe's GTM motion, products, and the enterprise sales cycle.
Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or investment bank with significant client-facing and executive communication responsibilities.
Comfort with data and CRM tools to inform engagement strategy and track relationship health.
Lead programmatic ads sales for top-tier clients at Pinterest. Drive full-funnel strategies, build executive relationships, optimize campaigns with data and AI insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize revenue and ROI.
