Responsibilities
Coordinate cross-functional touchpoints with product, campaign strategy, and data teams to execute existing partner programs.
Ensure follow-through on operational cadences and action items from partner conversations and internal syncs.
Own recurring performance reporting and dashboards, including pacing and audience-level analysis used by leadership and partner-facing teams.
Build first-draft financial models, pacing scenarios, future-quarter projections, and QBR materials for leadership review and sign-off.
Own campaign operations, QA, and documentation, including launch tracking, click-tracker migrations, and playbooks for syndication partners.
Maintain operational playbooks that enable syndication to scale across partners.
Support new partner accounts alongside account owners on advertiser-side coordination.
Surface new partnership opportunities and route them to leadership for strategic evaluation.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or a partnerships-adjacent role, ideally in adtech, commerce media, or performance marketing.
Comfort building financial models and pacing dashboards from scratch.
Strong documentation skills.
Experience with campaign operations or QA workflows, such as launch tracking or tracker migrations.
