Conducts hands-on mixed-method consumer research to test creative, concepts, messaging, and product experiences before launch. Responsibilities
- Build and personally execute PrizePicks’ pre-launch creative, concept, messaging, and asset testing.
- Translate business decisions into research objectives, hypotheses, success measures, and appropriate study designs.
- Write research briefs, design mixed-method studies, conduct fieldwork, analyze findings, and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Program surveys with visuals in Qualtrics or a comparable platform.
- Apply experimental or monadic designs, sampling, stimulus exposure, quality assurance, analysis, and interpretation.
- Moderate interviews, focus groups, and rapid iterative studies; diagnose why ideas succeed or fail.
- Demonstrate how research changed creative or business decisions.
- Synthesize consumer research with brand strategy, product context, and in-market performance.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, User Acquisition, Product Design, and Creative teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, advertising research, or a closely related discipline.
- Current hands-on experience across the full research lifecycle.
- Experience personally designing and executing creative, advertising, concept, message, or value-proposition testing.
- Demonstrated mixed-method quantitative and qualitative research capability.
- Experience personally programming surveys in Qualtrics or a comparable platform.
- Understanding of experimental or monadic research designs, sampling, stimulus exposure, quality assurance, analysis, and interpretation.
- U.S. work authorization; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

- Experience testing static advertising, paid social, television, out-of-home, storyboards, animatics, rough cuts, talent, promotions, or product experiences.
- Experience in sports, gaming, entertainment, consumer technology, or another fast-moving category.
- Experience building benchmarks, research principles, or repeatable creative-learning systems.
- Experience synthesizing consumer research with brand strategy, product context, and in-market performance.
- Responsible use of AI-enabled tools for study development, qualitative coding, open-text analysis, synthesis, or workflow acceleration.
- Exceptional ownership, persistence, and follow-through.

- Typical salary range: $120,000–$135,000 annually.
