Responsibilities

  • Oversee and motivate a team of Hunting Account Executives focused on winning new logos within the VC-Backed Startup ecosystem.
  • Drive revenue success by owning and exceeding team's monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and lead execution of strategic plans for team development and revenue attainment.
  • Build trust-based relationships with employees, customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Enable team to understand commercial and business goals of customers and relate to value proposition.
  • Lead team to communicate value proposition throughout the customer journey.

Requirements

  • 3+ years as high-growth Data/AI/Infrastructure sales leader with experience leading sales teams.
  • Experience translating highly technical products to business value for C-suite; big data, open source, or freemium models a plus.
  • Track record of success executing personal and team goals while upleveling skills.
  • Proven leadership to influence, develop, and empower employees with team-first mindset.
  • Ability to coach Account Executives on prospecting, expansion, operational rigor, and personal development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting to C-Suite.
  • Willing to travel (<25%) and work on deals to hit goals.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
