Product Support Operations Associate, Weekend Shift
Supports external users by troubleshooting issues, improving operational processes, and partnering across teams to enhance products and workflows. Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and solve external user issues.
- Analyze processes and instigate changes to scale operations and improve user experience.
- Work closely with other teams to improve product offerings and messaging around new products and features.
- Gain insights into how businesses using Stripe scale and operate.
- Partner with global operations specialists or business process owners to run a critical workflow.
Requirements

- Prior customer service or internal/external user-facing operations experience.

- Willingness to work a weekend shift pattern of Saturday–Sunday and three weekdays.
- Availability for daytime 9-hour shifts, including a 1-hour paid lunch break, scheduled between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
- Comfortable working in an in-office environment.
