Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to GTM and AI leaders, developing a deep understanding of their teams, roles, and priorities.
Lead full-cycle recruiting: from outreach and sourcing through offer negotiation and close.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners.
Use data and metrics to inform decisions, optimize processes, and influence stakeholders.

Requirements
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, technical environments.
Proven success hiring for GTM, sales, ops, and/or AI/ML talent.
Strong ability to use data and insights to influence leaders and drive decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information.
Skilled in negotiation and market positioning, with up-to-date knowledge of technical talent markets.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, including Director+ level partnership.
