Employer Branding & Operations Specialist

Supports employer branding, recruitment marketing, people operations, employee engagement, and workplace events for the company’s growing Pakistan team. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

Employer Branding and Content

  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives for Pakistan.
  • Create content about company culture, employees, office life, events, career opportunities, and employee experiences.
  • Coordinate employee stories, team spotlights, recruitment campaigns, workplace content, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Maintain an employer branding calendar for campaigns, milestones, events, and announcements.
  • Gather photographs, videos, testimonials, and employee stories for employer branding channels.

Recruitment Marketing and Talent Programs

  • Support recruitment campaigns for priority roles across Pakistan.
  • Research local talent markets, competitor hiring practices, compensation trends, benefits, and employer branding strategies.
  • Assist with talent mapping, sourcing research, recruitment reporting, recruitment drives, open houses, networking events, university partnerships, and campus hiring.
  • Coordinate with universities, student societies, professional communities, and external partners.
  • Support employee referral programs and create recruitment materials, presentations, event collateral, and candidate communications.

People Operations and Employee Experience

  • Support people programs for the Pakistan team.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, celebrations, milestones, onboarding activities, and internal communications.
  • Maintain trackers for employee events, joining dates, anniversaries, recognition programs, and engagement activities.
  • Coordinate new-joiner introductions, welcome activities, onboarding materials, office orientation, internal announcements, and swag programs.
  • Gather employee feedback and help improve workplace experience.
  • Assist with people-related communications, policies, guides, surveys, and process documentation.

Events, Community, and Workplace Culture

  • Plan and coordinate office events, team-building activities, cultural celebrations, engagement sessions, university events, career fairs, recruitment drives, and community initiatives.
  • Manage event timelines, registrations, vendors, materials, communications, and on-site coordination.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Talent, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, and leadership.
  • Help maintain a professional, inclusive, and engaging Lahore office experience.

Swag, Recognition, and Internal Programs

  • Develop new-joiner swag and welcome-kit programs.
  • Research and recommend branded merchandise, employee gifts, onboarding materials, and recognition items.
  • Coordinate swag for new hires, milestones, university events, recruitment campaigns, and company gatherings.
  • Maintain inventory and distribution records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
  • Approximately 2–5 years of experience in employer branding, people operations, employee engagement, recruitment marketing, communications, or a related area.
  • Experience with branding, content, social media, internal communications, or employee engagement initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create structured programs from broad ideas and business requirements.
  • Strong organizational, project-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, including benchmarking and presenting findings clearly.
  • Creative judgment and an understanding of engaging workplace and recruitment content.
  • Ability to work independently with local and global teams.
  • High attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in a technology company, startup, recruitment agency, creative agency, or fast-growing organization.
  • Experience managing employer branding or “Life at” social media channels.
  • Experience organizing office events.
