About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build smooth and performant agent UX with streaming responses and interleaved UI components
  • Design, extend, and own Console's design system
  • Find screens, views, and components that could use animation flair, then dial it in
  • Straddle the boundary of design and engineering, applying taste and creativity to bring product vision to life

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-time design or design engineering experience, and a strong grasp on front-end engineering
  • Comfortable working and contributing across the entire stack (TypeScript/Node/React)
  • Excellent taste; understand best product experiences feel great and care deeply about details
  • Experience driving from idea → design → implementation
  • Strong front-end skillset, worked with and built out design systems, comfortable collaborating with designers
  • Obsessed with building incredible product experiences for users
