Responsibilities
- Own critical shared services including auth, webhooks, and backend systems powering agent workflows.
- Design and implement scalable auth architecture.
- Own infrastructure behind agent workflows, optimizing for performance and reliability.
- Build robust webhook server with retry semantics, dead-letter queues, and observability.
- Harden SCM integrations with resilient abstractions over source control providers.
- Drive end-to-end agent reliability, partnering with client and inference teams.
Requirements
- Experience building and operating critical backend services, especially auth systems, API gateways, or webhook infrastructure.
- Worked on agentic products or infrastructure with strong opinions on reliability and performance of complex multi-step systems.
- Care deeply about clean abstractions, well-defined service contracts.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and enjoy owning full lifecycle of production services.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with authentication/authorization frameworks (OAuth, JWTs, RBAC).
- Event-driven architectures.
- Building developer-facing platform services.
