Leads end-to-end product design from discovery to handoff, partnering with PMs and engineers on fintech projects. Requires 5+ years experience, Figma proficiency, design systems expertise, and skills in data viz, workflows across web/mobile.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design process: problem discovery, scoping, map user flows, wireframe concepts, and pixel perfect handoffs to product/eng.
- Partner with pod (product manager/engineers) to scope project work, define design process, and timeline.
- Work in Figma (proficient or able to learn rapidly).
- Build & test prototypes.
- Manage and oversee structured design files and workspaces.
- Contribute to the design system.
Requirements
- Can frame strong rationales for design decisions and persuade peers and executives.
- Design decisions calibrated by research and data.
- Strong collaborator with product managers, engineering teams, and fellow designers.
- Communicates concisely with both pixel and words.
- Systems thinker: able to see the big picture and how elements interconnect.
- Demonstrates deep understanding of business goals, competitive landscape, and user needs.
- Proven ability to work within and enhance design systems.
- Current knowledge of product design trends and best practices.
- Track record of leading projects shipped across web and mobile.
- Minimum 5 years experience in product design.
- Experience in: consumer/luxury product design, data visualization, fintech, workflow UI and funnels, content management systems.
