Responsibilities
- Build and lead a cross-functional Growth organization spanning Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
- Define go-to-market strategy for RL infrastructure pricing, packaging, and positioning.
- Own revenue forecasting, pipeline visibility, CRM, dashboards, and forecasting systems.
- Lead enterprise sales cycles for post-training and multi-node cluster deals involving 64+ GPUs and 6+ month durations.
- Develop playbooks for design-partner conversions and enterprise onboarding.
- Build strategic partnerships with compute providers, AI companies, and research labs.
- Identify and nurture high-value leads through outbound and inbound growth strategies.
- Drive developer and enterprise awareness through campaigns, launches, community, and content.
- Translate technical features into market narratives and differentiated positioning.
- Partner with Product on market feedback, roadmap alignment, and developer onboarding.
- Run experiments on activation, conversion, and usage metrics.
- Build customer-success workflows for onboarding, usage analytics, renewals, and expansion.
- Establish CRM-based renewal tracking and customer-value measurement systems.
- Design scalable processes for deal management, supplier bidding, contract operations, and revenue tracking.
- Partner with Operations and Finance on budgeting, hiring, and legal structures.
- Implement the sales technology stack and CRM architecture.
Requirements
- 5+ years leading growth, go-to-market, or revenue functions at a B2B or infrastructure startup.
- Fluency in technical and commercial conversations, including GPUs, APIs, and pricing models.
- Experience building scalable CRM, forecasting, dashboard, and operational systems.
- Track record of closing enterprise-scale infrastructure or developer-tooling deals.
- Analytical, curious, and comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience building small, high-performing teams.

- Experience pricing or selling infrastructure or developer tools.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI, cloud infrastructure, or post-training markets.
- Early-stage operator mindset with a bias toward building playbooks.
Compensation and Benefits
- Cash compensation: $150,000–$300,000 plus equity incentives.
