Responsibilities
- Build proof-of-concept AI agents for internal engineering workflows such as incident analysis and code review summaries.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for technical documentation and runbooks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks and implement AI-driven improvements.
- Test and document emerging AI-assisted coding and monitoring tools.
- Apply security-minded engineering practices, including data hygiene and secrets management.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Knowledge of Python for automation and data processing.
- Interest or project experience in AI/ML, including large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with Git workflows.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building small machine learning pipelines.
- Experience with vector databases and RAG frameworks.
- Foundational experience with AWS or Google Cloud services, such as Lambda, S3, or SageMaker.
- Exposure to CI/CD concepts or infrastructure-as-code, including GitHub Actions and Docker.
Compensation
- US base pay range: $45–$45 USD.
