Social Strategy and Execution at Scale
Own multi-channel social growth across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, Threads, and Facebook.

Talent, Creator, and Influencer Relationships
Own the full talent and creator strategy across organic and paid programs, from identification and vetting through management and performance measurement.

Evaluate partnership fit through cultural and strategic judgment.
Negotiate and manage talent relationships, from micro-creators to high-profile partners.

Cultural Intelligence and Trend Leadership
Analyze where culture is heading and decode the behavioral reasons behind audience actions.
Identify cultural moments to own and define moments the company should create.

Map cultural tensions as the brand scales and help the brand navigate them intentionally.

Requirements
5+ years owning social strategy, content, and creator or influencer programs at scale, ideally spanning both areas in one role.
Proven record of meaningful channel growth and creator programs that drove business outcomes.
Experience leading and developing teams.
Experience operating in real time across cultural moments, news cycles, launches, and live engagement.
Genuine cultural intelligence and the ability to explain what performed, why it performed, and what it signals about audience behavior.
Strong analytical instincts and fluency connecting social and creator performance to growth metrics.
Experience managing creator and talent relationships.
Fast, decisive, and comfortable with public accountability.
Detail-oriented, strategic, culturally curious, and comfortable with both strategy work and real-time community engagement.
Ability to build teams, systems, and trust with talent.
