Responsibilities
- Conduct customer discovery conversations and gather feedback to understand user needs.
- Drive product initiatives from concept through launch with Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing.
- Translate customer and business needs into product requirements and engineering priorities.
- Analyze customer feedback, product data, and market insights to inform product decisions.
- Prepare technical product demonstrations and communication materials.
- Develop technical understanding of observability platforms and cloud infrastructure products.
Requirements
- Targeting full-time graduation in 2027.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Prior internship, project, or academic experience in product management, software engineering, or another product-focused technical role.
- Exposure to B2B software product development.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate with engineers and other technical stakeholders.
- Interest in emerging technologies, including AI-powered developer tools and cloud technologies.
- Available for a 6-month internship beginning in February, March, April, May, or June 2027.
