Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer discovery conversations and gather feedback to understand user needs.
  • Drive product initiatives from concept through launch with Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing.
  • Translate customer and business needs into product requirements and engineering priorities.
  • Analyze customer feedback, product data, and market insights to inform product decisions.
  • Prepare technical product demonstrations and communication materials.
  • Develop technical understanding of observability platforms and cloud infrastructure products.

Requirements

  • Targeting full-time graduation in 2027.
  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Prior internship, project, or academic experience in product management, software engineering, or another product-focused technical role.
  • Exposure to B2B software product development.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate with engineers and other technical stakeholders.
  • Interest in emerging technologies, including AI-powered developer tools and cloud technologies.
  • Available for a 6-month internship beginning in February, March, April, May, or June 2027.
