Senior Engineer - GTM Tech

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across the core CRM platform, including custom development, automation, and integrations.
• Partner with business stakeholders, program managers, and technical teams to translate requirements into secure, maintainable, and scalable technical solutions.
• Own the full solution lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support.
• Collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Drive code quality, documentation, release management, and platform governance.
• Improve system performance, simplify architecture, reduce technical debt, and strengthen the Salesforce operating model.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues and deliver sustainable fixes.
• Apply Salesforce capabilities, engineering best practices, and emerging technologies to improve delivery quality.
• Use AI-powered engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Agentforce, Claude Code, and Cursor responsibly to improve productivity, code quality, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
• Support enhancements, break/fix issues, maintenance, and related integrations.
• Investigate technical and integration issues with development, operations, administration, and business teams.
• Communicate delivery status, technical challenges, and solution options clearly.
• Research platform capabilities, prototypes, and engineering approaches that improve the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Mentor junior engineers and administrators as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and enterprise application engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, Flows, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce platform customization.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, declarative automation, integration patterns, and scalable solution design.
• Experience with CI/CD, deployment processes, code refactoring, and performance optimization in Salesforce environments.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs, ETL tools, and automation platforms.
• Ability to use AI-powered and agentic development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Agentforce effectively and responsibly.
