Principal Product Manager
Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of RSA ID Plus, translating customer and market insight into enterprise-grade access management capabilities across SaaS and on-premises environments. Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap for RSA ID Plus, balancing long-term strategy with customer needs and emerging identity trends.
- Own the product lifecycle from requirements definition and market-based prioritization through roadmap execution and release.
- Partner with engineering and architecture on design tradeoffs, non-functional requirements, and release planning across SaaS and on-premises delivery.
- Engage customers, prospects, and field teams to translate discovery, escalations, and product telemetry into product priorities.
- Coordinate with product managers across the ID Plus suite and RSA security initiatives.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Program Management on messaging, go-to-market plans, and product KPIs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience building enterprise-grade software, including multi-tenant SaaS and on-premises products.
- Subject matter expertise in Identity and Access Management.
- Knowledge of authentication standards including NIST SP800-63, FIDO2, and X.509.
- Knowledge of federation and authorization standards including SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as SSF and Verifiable Credentials.
- Proven ability to lead through influence across engineering, marketing, sales, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to discuss architecture with engineers and translate customer use cases into clear requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on product ownership experience in Agile SAFe development methodologies on large-scale engineering programs.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science.
