Responsibilities
- Collect weekly MDS schedules to support daily shift coverage planning.
- Coordinate with MDSs to ensure timely arrival and communicate attendance updates to the Operations team.
- Monitor Zendesk, EHR Hub (Vercel), Slack, and other operational tools; escalate issues as required.
- Support end-to-end EHR credentialing under supervision, including account requests, activation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and revocation.
- Coordinate transport requests with Facilities and validate transport claims before approval.
- Maintain operational trackers and update operational data accurately and on time.
- Collect data for security compliance activities and conduct monthly ORSV audits.
- Follow operational processes, SOPs, and SLAs.
- Support new MDS/MDP cohort onboarding as needed.
- Conduct work-from-home audits as required.
- Manage email escalations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized, accredited university.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience; Operations or Project Management experience is advantageous.
- Touch-typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
- Moderate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides.
- Strong multitasking, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, decision-making, time-management, adaptability, team-building, conflict-resolution, emotional-intelligence, analytical, and organizational skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of systems, applications, networks, infrastructure, security, and compliance.
- Experience with resource-management portals such as Lucidchart, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Vercel.
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday.
- One weekend shift each week, typically 11:00 AM–8:00 PM, subject to business needs.
- Shift coverage is scheduled within 3:00 PM–8:00 AM BST, for any nine-hour period.
- Availability is required for one weekend shift weekly due to the 24/7 nature of healthcare operations.
