Regional Manager responsible for overseeing financial and operational performance across multiple locations, driving new business development through the full sales cycle, managing client relationships, and mentoring teams to meet budgets and growth targets. What you'll do
- Oversee the development and attainment of regional operating plans, budgets, and reforecasts
- Participate in the development of regional financial and operational goals and achieve them
- Monitor regional financial and operational results to ensure profitability of existing locations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through open communication and mutual benefit
- Proactively address client needs, manage budget discrepancies, maximize revenue opportunities, and ensure contract compliance
- Lead initiatives to improve client satisfaction and retention, including acting on survey feedback, addressing audit deficiencies, and creating retention plans
- Drive new business growth by managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and onboarding
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with new clients
- Grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities to sell additional products and services
- Foster a culture of professional growth by mentoring subordinates, implementing development plans, addressing performance issues, and promoting fair talent advancement
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of managing multiple locations, stores, and properties
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding budget expectations, developing new business, and building strong client relationships
- Ability to convey complex financial information and strategies clearly with excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, budget management, key performance indicators, and contract structures
- Experience negotiating to secure new contracts, retain business, and resolve disputes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Valid state-issued driver's license with acceptable driving record

- Prior parking industry experience
- Experience with budgeting software, Salesforce, and P&L Review systems
