Responsibilities

  • Own the technical side of the sales cycle, including discovery, solution architecture, demos, and proof of concepts.
  • Demonstrate the product to customers and show how it solves their problems.
  • Answer deep technical questions and involve engineering when needed.
  • Build proof-of-concepts and technical proposals that help convert opportunities into signed deals.
  • Serve as the trusted technical voice for prospects and relay feedback to product and engineering.
  • Partner with the revenue team to advance deals and achieve team targets.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or a customer-facing technical role, ideally with a developer or API product.
  • Ability to read code, use an API, and build a working proof of concept.
  • Ability to translate technical details into business value for different audiences.
  • Comfortable with customer conversations and owning the technical contribution to deal outcomes.
  • Able to work quickly, build proof-of-concepts, and iterate based on feedback.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role or equivalent.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not currently available.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $180,000–$240,000 annual on-target earnings, depending on experience.
