About the role

Responsibilities

  • Directly support the SVP in defining and executing the strategic roadmap.
  • Lead and execute urgent, strategic, and high-impact projects for the SVP and broader organization.
  • Partner with the SVP on partnership and customer initiatives.
  • Support strategic initiatives affecting the growth and trajectory of the global Value Engineering organization.
  • Serve as a sounding board for the SVP on new ideas and initiatives.
  • Manage Value Engineering leadership governance, including offsite cadence, meeting content, action items, and execution follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the SVP, direct reports, and key stakeholders on initiatives, projects, and meetings.
  • Manage the budget in partnership with FP&A.
  • Drive cross-functional processes and alignment with existing programs, with support from process owners.
  • Support communication of key messaging across the organization and in external interactions with senior leaders.

Requirements

  • Understanding of Celonis’ strategy and ability to navigate effectively through the organization.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen, including understanding Finance as a strategic function in a global scale-up.
  • Deep project management experience leading complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Prior consulting experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to navigate uncertainty, solve complex problems, and build scalable processes.
  • Ability to work with abstract ideas or situations across multiple areas of the Finance division.
  • Ability to quickly learn and work effectively in a high-growth, constantly changing environment.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential financial material in a public company.
  • Ability to collaborate efficiently with stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Experience interacting confidently with the Board and C-suite.
  • Concise and effective written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $149,000–$176,000 USD for the New York role on a full-time schedule.
  • Total compensation may include base salary, bonus or commission, equity, and benefits.
