Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple open positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Screen candidates to assess technical qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
Coordinate interviews and provide timely communication throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
Provide market insights, hiring trends, and recommendations to improve recruiting effectiveness.
Requirements
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a high-growth technology company.
Demonstrated success recruiting software engineers and other technical talent.
Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience using applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of candidate experience.
