Manager, Candidate Experience

Responsibilities

• Manage a global recruiting coordination team responsible for end-to-end interview scheduling, including multi-panel loops, cross-time-zone logistics, interviewer alignment, and candidate preparation materials.
• Ensure coordination work meets team SLAs; identify opportunities to improve workflows and capacity.
• Manage load balancing, maintain calibration and accuracy, coordinate debriefs, and enforce process hygiene.
• Build a scalable, compliant, and personalized candidate and hiring-team experience.
• Lead initiatives such as candidate and partnership surveys to improve the experience and inform roadmap planning and decision-making.
• Build the coordination team capacity model and identify workflow and capacity improvements.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate bottlenecks and proactively resolve them.
• Troubleshoot complex bottlenecks.
• Hire, onboard, and support recruiting coordinators in partnership with recruiting leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations at a high-growth technology company.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role managing team performance and metrics.
• Exceptional organization, communication, and follow-through.
• Ability to own both execution and process building.
• High operational rigor and comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Strong familiarity with Ashby or a similar applicant tracking system.

Nice-to-Haves

• Workday HRIS experience.
• Experience with candidate and hiring experience surveys, including interpreting results and NPS scores.
• Experience building or running interview training programs.
• Proficiency with recruiting and AI tools such as CoderPad, Metaview, Glassdoor, and Indeed.

• Compensation of $145,000–$175,000 plus bonus.
