Web Optimization & Personalization Manager
Own conversion rate optimization and web experimentation for PandaDoc.com, driving pipeline through A/B testing, personalization, and optimization for both human and AI agent traffic. Requires 3-5 years CRO experience and hands-on experimentation tooling expertise.
Responsibilities
- Own conversion rate optimization across self-serve and sales journeys (homepage, pricing, demo requests) to drive web conversion rate, sign-ups, and inquiry-to-pipeline
- Run the full web experimentation program: design, prioritize, and ship A/B, multivariate, and split-URL tests with statistically sound methodology from hypothesis through analysis and rollout
- Optimize for agentic experience: structure pages, content, CTAs, and conversion paths so AI agents (ChatGPT, Claude) can interpret and complete buyer journeys
- Partner on personalization strategy and testing for direct, returning, and high-intent traffic; own the experimentation engine behind personalization
- Own the experimentation stack: evaluate and decide on tooling, maintain clean first-party data and cookie-based test connections
- Build reporting that ties web conversion to pipeline and revenue; share results with collaborators and leadership; turn wins into scalable playbooks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, RevOps, SEO, Design, and Web Development
Requirements
- 3-5 years in conversion rate optimization, experimentation, or growth (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Proven track record owning an A/B testing program end-to-end with measurable conversion lift
- Hands-on experience with VWO, Optimizely, StatSig, Amplitude, Google Analytics 4, Hotjar
- Strong statistical literacy (significance testing, sample-size planning, guardrail metrics)
- Working understanding of how LLMs read, cite, and act on web content (answer engine optimization, structured content, llms.txt, MCP)
- Comfort with modern web stack (Next.js, Contentful) and ability to reason about HTML/CSS/JavaScript test implementation
- Experience partnering with Design, Engineering, and Analytics to move from idea to live test
