About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive technical training programs for manufacturing roles, including structured learning paths for upskilling and internal mobility.
  • Provide hands-on training on sheet metal fabrication, powder coating, electrical component assembly, switchgear integration, electrical wiring, and equipment operation, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.
  • Develop and update training materials such as video tutorials, written manuals, and hands-on exercises.
  • Maintain training records, certifications, and completion data.
  • Implement skill assessment systems with practical tests and certifications to support career progression.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify skill gaps and measure program effectiveness.
  • Support employee onboarding and retention through development opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years hands-on experience in manufacturing or production, with fabrication, electrical assembly, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in training or leadership roles, designing and delivering instruction.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, including interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Exceptional communication skills to explain complex technical information.
  • Strategic thinking to build scalable training programs.
  • Ability to instruct at all employee levels; 25% travel required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $82,000 - $95,000 + Bonus + Restricted Stock Units.
