  • People Management: Experience in hiring, organizing, and fostering engineering culture.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies.

Compensation: Base pay range $235,030 - $352,290, plus annual performance bonus, equity, and competitive benefits.
