Strategic Finance Analyst
Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards while automating finance workflows and supporting strategic analysis on pricing, headcount, and growth. Requires 2-4 years in finance roles, quantitative degree, and SQL/Python skills; Bay Area onsite.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards
- Automate month-end close workflows and recurring finance processes
- Build lightweight agents that reduce manual work
- Support strategic analysis across pricing, headcount, and growth
- Own discrete projects and workstreams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, ops, and leadership
Skills and Qualifications
- 2–4 years in investment banking, consulting, or FP&A
- Quantitative degree - data science, math, economics, CS, or similar
- Evidence of building: SQL, Python, automation tooling, or equivalent
- Current or recent experience in strategic finance at a SaaS company
- Bay Area based; able to commute to Sunnyvale 5 days/week
- Low ego, high output - you’d rather ship than present
Bonus Points
- You’ve built something - a tool, a workflow, a script that other people use
- Experience at a Series A-C company
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Ramp, or similar finance stack

Senior individual contributor and compensation SME responsible for designing, executing, and advising on enterprise-wide base pay, incentive, and equity programs. Partners with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, and senior leaders to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation strategies.
Tax Manager, Tax Information Reporting
Lead tax information reporting compliance including 1099/1098 filings, backup withholding, TIN matching, and IRS notices. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to automate tax workflows and support customer-facing processes.
