Staff Professional Services Consultant
Lead complex customer engagements deploying and optimizing Cribl's observability platform across cloud environments. Act as technical authority for architecture, deployment, and operationalization while mentoring customers and creating enablement resources.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate technical leadership in observability and/or security
- Lead and execute complex customer engagements as the technical authority for architecture, design, development, deployment, operationalization, and documentation of Cribl products
- Create best practice documentation, blog posts, runbooks, workshops, and customer training materials
- Facilitate knowledge transfer, enablement, coaching, and mentoring for team members, customers, and partners
- Work side-by-side with customers to resolve unique problems and drive complex deployments
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in technical consulting or big data analytics
- Extensive expertise deploying and managing AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud environments including advanced configuration and optimization
- Deep expertise with Big Data Analytics tools: Splunk, Elastic, Grafana, DataDog, Exabeam, Azure Sentinel
- Proven experience with complex enterprise applications, Kubernetes, Docker, and automation technologies
- In-depth knowledge of Unix and Windows operating systems, command line interfaces, and GUIs
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript for developing scripts and automation workflows
- Strong communication skills with technical personnel and executive-level stakeholders
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and solving complex technical challenges
