Responsibilities

  • Own product and design initiatives from end to end
  • Craft meaningful experiences that are engaging and thoughtful
  • Solve problems with pragmatic yet sophisticated solutions
  • Provide and solicit feedback from peers
  • Work cross-functionally with the team to shape the product from strategy to execution and validation
  • Produce high quality work from research, user flows, interactive prototypes to pixel perfect design
  • Empathize with the user and advocate for user experience

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience
  • Expertise designing for native mobile experiences
  • Experience designing agentic chat based interfaces
  • Practice empathy and understand design impact on users
  • Work well in a collaborative environment and show work frequently
  • Curiosity about how AI is changing creative workflows
