Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Storytelling
- Analyze brand lift and campaign performance data to uncover trends and actionable insights.
- Develop clear, compelling narratives that connect data to customer goals and explain the why behind results.
- Contribute to insights that thread the story across campaigns and measurement periods, providing context and historical perspective.
Customer Engagement
- Work directly with customers to understand their objectives and ensure insights align with their business goals.
- Collaborate with senior team members to support strategic discussions with key clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality insights.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to optimize campaigns and improve future performance.
Project Execution
- Support the execution of brand lift studies and insights projects, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of results.
- Manage day-to-day tasks for assigned projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams, such as sales, customer success, and product, to ensure alignment and consistency in insights delivery.
- Contribute to team initiatives, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a collaborative work environment.
