Solutions Architect
Solutions Architect translates business needs into scalable AI architectures, prototypes GenAI applications, builds custom agents/workflows, and integrates with enterprise systems like Salesforce and Adobe. Requires hands-on LLM experience, prompt engineering, and customer-facing technical delivery skills.
What You'll Do
As a Solutions Architect, you will translate complex business needs into scalable technical architectures, rapidly prototype AI-driven applications, and integrate Typeface's platform across customer ecosystems. You'll combine full-stack engineering expertise with hands-on GenAI experience—building custom agents, workflows, and reusable components—while driving customer transformations through fast experimentation and iterative delivery.
How You'll Make Impact
- Partner with Engagement Managers, and Product teams to define customer requirements, facilitate technical workshops, and co-create GenAI solutions
- Serve as a Solution Architect during the sales cycle—proposing the right workflows and architecture upfront, getting customer sign-off, then implementing what you sold
- Apply an AI-first experimentation mindset—build proof points in days, iterate on feedback, and demonstrate quick wins that build momentum for transformations
- Build custom agents and workflows tailored to specific customer use cases
- Develop integrations with customer systems (CMS, DAM, marketing automation, analytics) and platforms like Google Workspace, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Campaign Manager 360
- Capture field-proven use cases and funnel them back to Product and Engineering teams to inform the Typeface platform roadmap
- Own delivery sprints from requirements through deployment, tackling challenges on-site or remotely while balancing multiple customer engagements
- Document playbooks, prompts, patterns, and best practices in internal knowledge bases and create technical guides for common use cases
- Share learnings across the organization, mentor other engineers, and present technical demos and case studies at customer events
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience designing Solution Architectures for Enterprises and delivering on them via technical delivery
- Outstanding customer-centricity with ability to build trust quickly with enterprise technical teams and stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex AI concepts for both engineers and executives, present solutions clearly, and write comprehensive technical documentation
- Experience with content management systems, digital asset management platforms, marketing automation tools, and creative workflows
- Extensive hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama, Gemini), diffusion models (Stable Diffusion, DALL·E), and multimodal AI for text, images, video, and audio
- Proficiency with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, model optimization, and understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and hallucination mitigation strategies
- Startup DNA: thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership mentality, comfortable wearing multiple hats and tackling problems outside core expertise
