Responsibilities:
- Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Serve as primary technical advisor throughout Claude adoption journey, coordinating across teams
- Support customers building with Claude API and Claude for Work
- Create and deliver compelling technical content for diverse audiences
- Guide technical architecture decisions and integrations into existing stacks
- Help develop evaluation frameworks for Claude's performance
- Identify integration patterns and contribute insights to Product and Engineering
- Travel occasionally for workshops and relationship building
- Maintain knowledge of latest LLM developments
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager)
- Experience with enterprise customers and complex buying cycles
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills for diverse stakeholders
- Strong technical communication to translate between technical and business needs
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and enterprise integrations
- Comfortable with Python
- Familiarity with LLM frameworks/tools or ML/data science background
- Excitement for cross-organizational collaboration

Logistics
Education requirements: At least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Location-based hybrid policy: Expect to be in office at least 25% of the time.
