What You’ll Build
- Develop intuitive interfaces for case management, reporting, and analytics.
- Build document analysis and verification systems.
- Build agentic workflows that coordinate AI tools and data services to perform research, enrichment, and verification, while keeping humans in the loop for review.
- Create tools that help customers configure and customize their compliance workflows.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- 4+ years (Engineer) / 6+ years (Sr. Engineer) / 8+ years (Staff Engineer) of experience building production software.
- Strong full-stack capabilities, including backend services, APIs, databases, and (nice-to-have) frontend development.
- A track record of shipping customer-facing products where reliability is critical.
- An end-to-end ownership mindset, from requirements gathering through deployment and iteration.
- Clear communication skills—you can explain technical decisions to diverse audiences.
- Product thinking—you understand why you’re building something, not just how.
Valued Experience:
- Building workflow engines, orchestration systems, or process automation tools.
- Working in regulated industries where compliance, auditability, and data integrity are critical.
- Integrating AI/LLM capabilities into production applications.
- Creating configuration systems, admin tools, or workflow builders for non-technical users.
- Designing systems for multi-tenancy, versioning, or complex authorization models.
- A strong foundation in data modeling and distributed systems.
Technical Skills:
We work with a mix of TypeScript, Python, Node.js, React, cloud infrastructure, and workflow orchestration frameworks.
