About the role
What you'll do
- Drive the architecture, design, and implementation of complex pipelines for AI agents and data ingestion sources
- Develop and scale our data integration infrastructure to connect seamlessly with a variety of healthcare systems
- Solve interoperability challenges to help healthcare practices recover lost revenue and understand their financial health
- Work closely with the engineering and product teams to improve onboarding speed and build a robust data strategy
- Actively contribute to building the team's architectural vision and technical roadmap
- Collaborate on code reviews and technical design documents to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge
We'd love to hear from you if
- 5+ years of experience in backend engineering, with a focus on building data pipelines and integrations
- Experience working with healthcare data or solving interoperability challenges is a plus
- Proficiency in: Python and database systems, with familiarity in performance and optimization for scale
- Experience in distributed systems coordination and AI pipelines
- Familiarity with big data technologies and comfortable working with massive datasets
- CI/CD workflows such as Github Actions
Base pay range: $150,000–$275,000 per year
