About the role
Responsibilities
- Create compelling, on-brand content showcasing customers, capabilities, and culture.
- Manage social channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and help launch TikTok.
- Help execute editorial calendar and campaigns.
- Manage Twilio’s employee advocacy program, equipping global and regional teams to share content.
- Engage and build community of technical developers, consumers, and business decision makers daily.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on goals for campaigns, product releases, events, and company-wide initiatives.
- Create interesting, engaging content for top executives.
- Perform analysis and use data to prove program growth and success of initiatives.
- Constantly experiment and test new tactics to reach new audiences.
- Partner with Employee Brand team to help tell stories of Twilions to external audiences.
Requirements
- Experience managing brand social.
- Expresses complex thoughts or ideas in 100 characters or less.
- Thinks outside of the box and presents ideas clearly.
- Organized and able to take projects and run with them.
- Uses data to tell a story and has proven success on social.
- Experience using social management tools, including Sprout Social, Canva, Figma, EveryoneSocial.
- Enjoys building community.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with live video, graphic design.
