About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling, on-brand content showcasing customers, capabilities, and culture.
  • Manage social channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and help launch TikTok.
  • Help execute editorial calendar and campaigns.
  • Manage Twilio’s employee advocacy program, equipping global and regional teams to share content.
  • Engage and build community of technical developers, consumers, and business decision makers daily.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on goals for campaigns, product releases, events, and company-wide initiatives.
  • Create interesting, engaging content for top executives.
  • Perform analysis and use data to prove program growth and success of initiatives.
  • Constantly experiment and test new tactics to reach new audiences.
  • Partner with Employee Brand team to help tell stories of Twilions to external audiences.

Requirements

  • Experience managing brand social.
  • Expresses complex thoughts or ideas in 100 characters or less.
  • Thinks outside of the box and presents ideas clearly.
  • Organized and able to take projects and run with them.
  • Uses data to tell a story and has proven success on social.
  • Experience using social management tools, including Sprout Social, Canva, Figma, EveryoneSocial.
  • Enjoys building community.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with live video, graphic design.
