Responsibilities
- Translate strategic direction into compelling copy across website pages, email campaigns, blog content, ads, and sales collateral
- Execute from established messaging and brand guidelines
- Write for diverse audiences including attorneys, court reporters, and paralegals
- Maintain consistent brand voice: professional, bold, and engaging
- Work alongside the Senior Content Marketing Manager on launches, campaigns, thought leadership, and sales collateral
Requirements
- 5+ years of copywriting experience in B2B/SaaS marketing
- Portfolio demonstrating range across website pages, email campaigns, blog content, ads, and sales collateral
- Strong writing skills with confidence and wit
- Sharp attention to detail with ability to proofread and verify facts
- Comfortable with feedback loops and iteration
- Self-directed and organized with ability to manage own deadlines
- Experience working remotely in async environments with minimal oversight
Nice-to-Haves
- Academic or professional familiarity with the legal industry (litigation, court reporting, or attorney audiences)
- SEO best practices knowledge
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello)
- Experience writing specifically for legal professionals
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $68,640–$90,000
