Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic direction into compelling copy across website pages, email campaigns, blog content, ads, and sales collateral
  • Execute from established messaging and brand guidelines
  • Write for diverse audiences including attorneys, court reporters, and paralegals
  • Maintain consistent brand voice: professional, bold, and engaging
  • Work alongside the Senior Content Marketing Manager on launches, campaigns, thought leadership, and sales collateral

Requirements

  • 5+ years of copywriting experience in B2B/SaaS marketing
  • Portfolio demonstrating range across website pages, email campaigns, blog content, ads, and sales collateral
  • Strong writing skills with confidence and wit
  • Sharp attention to detail with ability to proofread and verify facts
  • Comfortable with feedback loops and iteration
  • Self-directed and organized with ability to manage own deadlines
  • Experience working remotely in async environments with minimal oversight

Nice-to-Haves

  • Academic or professional familiarity with the legal industry (litigation, court reporting, or attorney audiences)
  • SEO best practices knowledge
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello)
  • Experience writing specifically for legal professionals

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $68,640–$90,000
