About the role

Responsibilities

  • Uplevel product visual design across the product suite (desktop web app, OS flowbar, iOS, Android)
  • Take existing design foundation and push it to feel clean, modern, and magical across every state
  • Design and produce dev-ready motion and interactions with clean Lottie/motion-file handoff
  • Build a custom, illustrative icon set that's on-brand and specific to features
  • Support product-marketing launches with interactive demos, storyboards, ads, and website assets
  • Collaborate horizontally across product design, marketing, and engineering teams

Requirements

  • Senior or principal-level designer who operates independently with minimal oversight
  • Deep animation and motion expertise with technical craft to ship it
  • Strong illustration and iconography chops to define a custom visual language
  • Comfortable working in a design system but craft-first
  • Range across product and marketing
  • Digital-first portfolio required
  • Non-negotiable AI-native: fluent with tools like Claude, Dessn, Paper, Figma in daily workflow
  • Excited to design for an AI-first product
