About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations that clearly communicate the value of Seeq’s solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Partner with account executives to understand prospective customers’ business needs and challenges and align Seeq’s capabilities to their goals.
  • Provide technical guidance during all phases of the sales cycle, including discovery, solution design, and proof-of-value engagements.
  • Collaborate with the Solutions Consulting team to develop and refine demo assets, reusable content, and best practices.
  • Offer input to product management and engineering based on customer feedback.
  • Stay current with industry trends, customer use cases, and competitors.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by documenting solutions and success stories.
  • Assist cross-functional teams in developing industry-specific value propositions or solution accelerators.
  • Represent Seeq at events, webinars, and conferences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role, ideally within a SaaS or industrial software company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., engineering, computer science, data science).
  • Preference for candidates with experience in process manufacturing industries.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a power industry technical role or selling B2B in the power industry (DISCO, TRANSCO, GENCO, or other).
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, and/or industrial operations and process data.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present technical concepts to varied audiences.
  • Experience conducting software demos and technical consultations with prospective customers.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel (10% to 25%).

Compensation

  • $145,000 USD base salary plus variable bonus incentives.
