About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and own large parts of the product, from ideation to implementation.
- Build and iterate on AI-powered creator tools alongside AI PMs and ML engineers, providing point of view on AI capabilities in product.
- Build products that get millions of page views a day and scale to billions.
- Lead frontend development with delightful UI/UX.
- Create systems and see how all the moving pieces interact.
Requirements
- AI-native work style: use AI tools (coding assistants like Cursor/Copilot, LLMs) as default for coding, planning, spec-writing, debugging, code review in production workflows.
- Proficient in TypeScript for frontend React app (Firebase a plus).
- Strong with Python for backend (Flask a plus).
- Familiarity with SQL and Postgres.
- Customer-centric mindset with empathy for creators.
- Experience working at small, fast-paced startups.
- Thrive in ambiguity, scoping solutions with teammates.
- Bias toward action, love to learn.
Compensation
- Cash compensation: $180-230k dependent on skills and experience.
- Equity grant (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff).
