Senior Sales Manager, Digital Native Named (East)
Leads sales team in SF Bay Area targeting digital native companies, driving revenue growth, team building, and go-to-market strategies while actively closing enterprise deals. Requires 5+ years B2B sales and 3+ years sales management experience with tech knowledge in IaaS, networking, and security.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth through leadership, organizational planning, customer service, and execution of regional go-to-market strategies across sales, customer success, solutions engineering, business development, support, and field marketing programs.
- Serve as local point person for relationships, key partnerships, and account management.
- Grow and build the SF DNN team, drive local hiring with global functional leadership and recruiting.
- Design, build, and execute strategies in collaboration with regional and global leaders.
- Represent Cloudflare for operational concerns, ensure escalation and resolution.
- Ensure corporate policy and regulatory initiatives are followed.
- Inspire leadership, develop talent, effect change; be a doer and influencer.
- Drive business cadence for forecast calls, deal reviews, customer account reviews, team meetings, and company kick-offs.
- Represent Cloudflare at external conferences, media, and PR events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct B2B selling experience to large enterprise accounts.
- 3+ years of direct sales management experience leading Enterprise field sales teams.
- Experience mentoring teams with value selling to C-suite and executive technical buyers in complex Enterprise sales cycles.
- Deep understanding of IaaS, computer networking, Network Security Services, AI, and/or developer platform tools.
- Strong leadership, presentation, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit.
- Comfortable in fast-paced dynamic environment.
Compensation
- For NYC based hires: Estimated annual salary of $338,000 - $446,000 (includes on-target incentive compensation).
- Eligible for Cloudflare’s Sales Compensation Plan and equity plan.
- Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.
