Senior Product Manager, Test Experience
Own the Test Experience roadmap at Vanta, helping customers surface compliance gaps, resolve issues via automation, and generate audit-ready evidence. Drive prioritization and execution for a cross-functional team while shaping AI and agentic product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Own the Test Experience roadmap including platform and agentic outcomes
- Deeply understand customers and the market, focusing on how they manage compliance outcomes day to day
- Distill complex problems and opportunities into clearly prioritized product goals and high-quality execution in collaboration with stakeholders
- Deliver high-quality product addressing key customer pain points and creating opportunities for competitive advantage
- Directly help shape Vanta’s AI and agentic offerings
- Help define and shape Vanta's product team culture as the company grows
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record for delivering high-quality products to customers
- Proven prior experience taking on large, deep opportunities within a product surface, preferably in security, data management, and/or workflow tools
- Proven AI skills, especially around prompting and agents; comfortable building around the cutting edge
- Customer-focused mindset; proactively reach out to customers and prospects while partnering with go-to-market teams
- Ability to see how various products and features should fit together to serve different user groups, with analytical skills to justify the approach
- Deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric, with a knack for driving effective collaboration amongst stakeholders
- Ability to bring a product roadmap to life through consistent execution and project management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Open to using AI to amplify skills and strengthen work, demonstrating curiosity and sound judgment
