About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for our insurance platform's integration infrastructure and partner ecosystem
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements, architecture decisions, and implementation approaches
  • Lead the development of integration frameworks that enable seamless connections with clearinghouses, payers, and other 3rd party solutions
  • Define and maintain API standards, documentation, and integration patterns
  • Understand the partnership landscape and lead build/buy decisions along with other internal teams
  • Manage relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure integration success, platform stability, and business performance
  • Manage technical debt and platform scalability considerations

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of product management, technical program management, or product owner experience, with at least 3 years focusing on technical products or platform development
  • Strong background in API development, systems integration, and platform architecture
  • Deep understanding of REST APIs and willingness to learn technologies specific to the insurance ecosystem
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate complex concepts to various stakeholders
  • Experience managing external vendors
  • Technical writing and documentation expertise
  • Project management and organization

  • Experience working with insurance clearinghouses or insurance technology

Base Compensation Range

$155,000 - $190,000 annually

Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
