About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ship PRs to production immediately and contribute to voice AI stack.
  • Own meaningful features or system improvements end-to-end from design to deployment.
  • Take ownership of core product areas (voice, chat, workflows, or integrations) and drive roadmap.
  • Lead technical initiatives that ship to customers.
  • Help establish engineering best practices and mentor newer engineers.
  • Shape product and technical strategy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in full-stack web development, preferably at startups.
  • Deep experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
  • Strong attention to detail and eye for design.
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL.
  • Track record of owning technically challenging, cross-functional projects.
  • Customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Nice to Have

  • Experience deploying reliable LLM-based products in production.
  • Experience with Vite + TanStack technologies (Router/Query/Table).
  • Experience with Temporal.
  • Experience working with data-intensive or real-time applications.
