  • Develop a training strategy resulting in practice growth and knowledge expansion
  • Secure investment and establish programs around repeatable IP and solution investments, resulting in essential go-to-market plans
  • Launch go-to-market events and mindshare activities that promote joint customer adoption and new logos
  • Create and foster executive-level relationships at all levels within the partnership
  • Create a mutually structured plan and track key metrics that address the needs of partners and key team members across sales, customer success, training, marketing, and product

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in securing and supporting partnerships at a global scale
  • Track record of success managing a Global Team
  • In-depth understanding of alliance/partner organization, key stakeholders, overall strategy, company culture, market offering and joint value proposition
  • Experience launching/driving results with an Accenture Business Group
  • Deep domain experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud and analytics space
  • Global SI partner management experience spanning AMER, EMEA & APAC
  • Experience working and building unique channel relationships and complex contract negotiations
  • Experience driving results in a hyper-growth, multi-billion-dollar enterprise organization
