Responsibilities

Collaborate with a team of engineers and managers to create applications used by hotel customers around the world
Write clean, self-documenting code that follows best practices and design patterns using agentic development flows
Provide creative ideas to improve product and technology
Think beyond the specifics of a ticket in order to delight customers and grow the business
Mentor in 1:1s and participate actively in code reviews; advise tech lead on technical decisions
Be a self-starter that can deal with ambiguity, take initiative, and execute on projects with little direction

Requirements

5+ years of experience
Solid knowledge of developing backend applications
Experience with JavaScript and common front-end frameworks such as VueJS or ReactJS
Strong demonstrated ability to ship high-quality products
Self-motivated, collaborative, and diligent work ethic
