Senior Consultant

Principal Accountabilities

• Provides technical and consultative leadership for IAM solutions opportunities on a range of complex engagements
• Delivery of technical architectural design, strategies and plans for engagements
• Technical expert in leading pre-sales meetings or presentations
• Implementation of RSA solutions at customer sites; design, develop, implement and test associated components
• Function as technical lead with ability to plan/assign work on project engagements
• Lead project quality assurance activities, including technical QA reviews

Principal Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with client technical counterparts
• Participate in client meetings related to development efforts
• Work with RSA Professional Services colleagues to ensure effective resolution of technical issues during implementations
• Prepare, maintain and submit activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports
• Keep project managers informed of activities and promptly alert of any issues
• Complete end-of-project reports while adhering to margin, planning and SOW requirements

• Strong working knowledge of SecurID products
• Good Cloud Infrastructure knowledge

Education & Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in software consulting or IT services with focus on Identity and Access Management
• Hands-on experience in associated technologies including database, Java, Linux & Windows
• Public Sector Experience – consulting and services into the US Federal Government (DoD or Civilian Agencies)
• Active Secret clearance required with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance within 6 months
• Development experience (Python, REST, PowerShell) is highly desirable
• One or more of the following certificates is a significant plus: RHCE, CISSP, Security+, ITIL

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $120,000 - $150,000
