Senior Consultant
Senior Consultant providing technical leadership for complex IAM engagements in the federal sector. Requires 5+ years of IAM consulting experience, active Secret clearance, and expertise in authentication, scripting, and security technologies.
Principal Accountabilities
- Provides technical and consultative leadership for IAM solutions opportunities on a range of complex engagements
- Delivery of technical architectural design, strategies and plans for engagements
- Technical expert in leading pre-sales meetings or presentations
- Implementation of RSA solutions at customer sites; design, develop, implement and test associated components
- Function as technical lead with ability to plan/assign work on project engagements
- Lead project quality assurance activities, including technical QA reviews
Principal Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with client technical counterparts
- Participate in client meetings related to development efforts
- Work with RSA Professional Services colleagues to ensure effective resolution of technical issues during implementations
- Prepare, maintain and submit activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports
- Keep project managers informed of activities and promptly alert of any issues
- Complete end-of-project reports while adhering to margin, planning and SOW requirements

- Strong working knowledge of SecurID products
- Good Cloud Infrastructure knowledge
Education & Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in software consulting or IT services with focus on Identity and Access Management
- Hands-on experience in associated technologies including database, Java, Linux & Windows
- Public Sector Experience – consulting and services into the US Federal Government (DoD or Civilian Agencies)
- Active Secret clearance required with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance within 6 months
- Development experience (Python, REST, PowerShell) is highly desirable
- One or more of the following certificates is a significant plus: RHCE, CISSP, Security+, ITIL
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $120,000 - $150,000
