About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for Zocdoc's Online Scheduling and AI Voice Assistant solutions.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and territory planning.
  • Develop trusted relationships with healthcare decision-makers and conduct consultative discovery conversations to uncover business needs.
  • Partner closely with New Business and Existing Business sales teams to execute coordinated co-selling strategies that maximize customer value and revenue growth.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and help customers deepen adoption of Zocdoc products.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, proposals, and executive presentations tailored to customer goals.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to share customer feedback, influence roadmap priorities, and help shape future solutions.
  • Use data, CRM tools, conversation intelligence platforms, and generative AI tools to improve productivity, sales execution, and forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and navigating executive-level decision-making processes.
  • Ability to integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows to automate tasks, foster innovation, and maximize productivity.
  • Fundamental understanding of enterprise sales methodologies, including prospecting, discovery, solution mapping, negotiation, and closing.
  • Experience leveraging CRM, sales engagement, conversation intelligence, and business intelligence platforms to drive performance.
  • Superb communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with a strong bias toward action.
