Responsibilities
- Keep Salesforce records, client databases, and sales reports up-to-date for data accuracy and decision-making.
- Provide daily support to Sales team, managing schedules, calendars, and preparing sales materials.
- Nurture leads through phone, email, and CRM tools to build relationships.
- Assist in preparing proposals, client presentations, and sales collaterals.
- Monitor sales metrics, generate performance reports, and support forecasting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, tools, and workflows for sales efficiency.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years in sales support, sales administration, sales operations, business operations, or similar.
- 1+ years client-facing experience with friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Economics, or related preferred).
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Outlook, DocuSign.
- Exceptional organizational skills, multitasking, attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, polished professional presence.
- Self-motivated innovator thriving in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Compensation
Annual base salary: $90,000 - $110,000.
